Nobel Grid project was presented in the III Smart Grid Congress in Madrid last 18-19 October 2016 to more than 150 participants and the main stakeholders of the sector in Spain and now its exhibition information has been published in Spanish.
The event aimed to discuss about the present challenges of the Smart Grid and its road-map in Spain, through master conferences, panels, round-tables and networking sessions. The two-days congress was organised by Grupo Tecma Red y co-organised by FutuRed.
Nobel Grid project, presented by ETRA, showed how new business models and services could benefit all actors within the Smart Grid and the retail electricity market in order to ensure benefits from cheaper prices, more secure and clean electricity.
The consortium is starting to test results in real conditions in the five European pilot sites (Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Greece) since the end of 2016. This deployment will be gradually set up until reaching 20,000 users. The duration test will be 18 months time.
