NOBEL GRID takes part in the EUSEW 2017


NOBEL GRID project will participate actively with different activities in the European Sustainable Energy Week 2017, the Europe’s largest event dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues which take place in June 2017 all around Europe.

European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW), organised by the European Commission,  is taking place on 19-25 June 2017 in Brussels and is supported by a series of side events across Europe throughout June.  This year’s theme is ‘Clean Energy for all Europeans’. There are four ways people can take part: attending to or participating in the EUSEW Policy Conference in Brussels, participating in the Networking Village of the Policy Conference, being nominate for an EU Sustainable Energy Award or setting up Energy Day.

So far, NOBEL GRID project will participate in four activities within the EUSEW 2017 actions. As part of the Policy Conference, it will exhibit its tools and services the 21st in the Networking Village and the 22nd in the Speakers’ Corner.

Besides, it will participate in two Energy Days: “NOBEL GRID & WISEGRID projects: Smart energy for European consumers” (20th in Manchester, UK) and the “Workshop: Clean Integrated Energy System for all European” (27th in Madeira, Portugal).

This is a unique event to show to stakeholders, in Europe and aboard, the developments and benefits of a project that aims to provide new cost-effective business models for flexible smart grids.

From its starting date as beneficiary of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Programme, NOBEL GRID has participated in the EUSEW 2015 and 2016 editions.
