Last chance to meet NOBEL GRID in the EUSEW 2018

NOBEL GRID project participates with different activities for the very last time in the European Sustainable Energy Week 2018 -the Europe’s largest event dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues which take place in June 2018 all around Europe-.

European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW), organised by the European Commission, is taking place on 4-8 June 2018 in Brussels and is supported by a series of side events across Europe throughout June.

 This year’s theme is “Lead the Clean Energy Transition”. There are four ways people can take part: attending to or participating in the EUSEW Policy Conference in Brussels, participating in the Networking Village of the Policy Conference, being nominate for an EU Sustainable Energy Award or setting up Energy Day.

The H2020 project will participate in different activities within the Policy Conference. On 6th June, NOBEL GRID will participate in both Energy Talks and Energy Fair of the Networking Village.

During the Energy Talk audience could find out all the functionalities and the benefits to end-consumers of the SLAM, as well as, participate via Slido in the interactive presentation.

At the Energy Fair, NOBEL GRID will make use of its promotional material to show the audience results achieved: Smart Advanced Meter(SLAM), Grid Management and Maintenance Master Framework (G3M Framework), Energy Monitoring and Analysis App (EMA App) and DR Flexible Market Cockpit (DRFM Cockpit). Visitors could find their functionalities out and interact with them, as well as, ask as many questions they want to the partners of the projects for better-understanding. Introduction videos of the pilot sites will reinforce the information presented.

With the workshop “Citizens of Terni meet NOBEL GRID smart energy solutions”,celebrated in Terni the 2nd of May, NOBEL GRID co-organised an energy day under the EUSEW. This highly interactive meeting aimed at raising awareness of local citizens around the sustainable energy transition and showcasing smart and clean energy solutions developed by NOBEL GRID.

From its starting date, as beneficiary of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Programme, NOBEL GRID has participated in the EUSEW 2015,2016 and 2017 editions. Since the Horizon 2020 project comes to an end in June 2018, this edition is its last one.
